It's the 1st day of filming for [72 Tenants] - Charmaine seems to have plenty of screentime (I hope)! Gordon Lam is her onscreen husband, the Landlord. Though both of them are the 'villains', it's a Chinese New Year comedy movie therefore everyone will have a happy ending.

Charmaine is also busy filming for her new series [Heaven & Earth]. Here's some pictures at a memorial centre. Perhaps they are visiting Yip Zhi Yan dead 'boyfriend'?
