Hehehe... I'm starting work on 16th May 2005. Did my medical examination today (ouch! drawing blood) and now I have to open a maybank a/c while waiting for the medical report.

By the way, I heard that we need to schedule an appointment in advance to open an account in Maybank. Can anyone clarify? Really urgent. Thanks.

    Congrats!

    But ermm that's the first time I heard you need to make an appointment to open an account in any bank, more so Maybank. Just walk in, how long would it take them anyway??

    I guess I'll go the the bank early on Monday, just to be on the safe side. By the way, Maybank is a horror, the line is neverending!

    Why does companies prefer using Maybank to pay their employees? Sigh ~ if it's Public Bank it'll save me a lot of energy ;)

    Went to the bank today. we do need appointment to open an account. They actually have quota of how many new a/c per day. Luckily for me, I managed to get an appointment on Thursday.
