It's Toni Sheh! LOL, look like Charmaine have recorded a segment for 'Not A Loner' where she worked as a hairstylist? 

For those who didn't catch up with (Mainland) China entertainment news, Charmaine earned the nickname as Toni Sheh (Toni is used as an online moniker for hairstylist there) as her infamous hairdressing scenes in 'War & Beauty', 'Yanxi Palace' and 'Winter Begonia) went viral on Weibo hot ranking on numerous occasion.
