Charmaine Sheh attended the opening ceremony of a jewelry store and announced that she doesn't want to measure relationship with money and even said that the 2nd generation heirs are too young for her. As for her love life, she expressed that she'll leave it to fate.
Yesterday Charmaine Sheh and Wayne Lai attended the opening ceremony for Four Seasons D & J as ribbon cutting guests and wore over 100 carats of diamond accessories. Asked about her diamond collection, Charmaine said: "I'm not willing (to collect diamonds) because they're expensive! Buying property is a better investment. (Wating for boyfriend to gift it?) Good idea, but I've never received such expensive gift. Plus I don't like to measure relationship with money. (Are there any wealthy Mainland China 2nd generation heirs courting you?) I don't like younger men, plus you don't know about someone's wealth when you meet them. Having ambitions is more important to me."
Mentioning that rumored ex-flame Kevun Chang recently stated that he lacks nothing but a good wife, Charmaine laughed and said: "I won't comment further, I wish he get a good wife soon. For myself I'll just leave it to fate."
Additional excerpt from Mingpao Daily:
Charmaine expressed that she really enjoyed being single. She's looking for a mature and stable man, so 2nd generation heirs doesn't suit her: "I prefer mature men, 2nd generation heirs are usually younger. I want someone older than me, as I have experienced a lot of things in entertainment industry, I believe a mature man should be able to handle me. (What about men from Mainland China?) It doesn't matter where he came from, most important that we are able to communicate with each other. It's best coming from same cultural background."

In the interview above, Charmaine was asked about the news of her declining a Mainland China drama role that end up being picked up by Myolie. Charmaine admitted while she declined the series because she was not satisfied with the scripts, it doesn't mean Myolie can't like the script or take up the role. She's happy when others have opportunity to earn money too.

Charmaine complimented that TITS2 have plenty of handsome and beautiful cast members. Asked about the chances of collaborating with Chilam again, she said she hopes so too. (Note: Chilam and Charmaine last collaborated 10 years ago in The Point of No Return. Older fans will remember that they were a popular onscreen couple back then, ah the nolstagia!)
