Charmaine Sheh purchased a luxury property for HKD40 million

In the recent years, Charmaine Sheh has switched her career to Mainland China and earns RMB (China Yuan). As the property prices has increased, Charmaine strikes again to purchase another luxury property in Hong Kong. According to real estate sources, Charmaine recently invested in an unit of The Altitude worth HKD40 million. The luxury condo, located in Happy Valley measures 1500 square feet and costing more than HKD20,000 per square feet. Though some people feel that the property prices has skyrocketed and might already reached the peak, but Charmaine yielded plenty of profits through real properties in the past. She definitely feels confident enough to invest in the market again. The reporter contacted Charmaine to investigate about this and she replied via SMS: “So wonderful? I’m sorry but it’s not convenient to talk now. We’ll talk during the event (countdown event tonight).”

Meanwhile, Charmaine is set to appear at Citywalk Mall tonight for a Lunar New Year countdown event together with [When Heaven Burns] such as Moses Chan & Bowie Lam.

Sehseh: From what Apple Daily & Mingpao reported, it very likely that Charmaine did purchase a property at Happy Valley. However, I wonder why they can release buyers info to the media (Charmaine is not the only one, tabloid often publishes the property purchase info of celebrities), since it's kind of invasion of privacy. Anyway, I added 'investment' and 'real estate' tags to my post. LOL.
