Charmaine Sheh profits more than HKD8 million from property sale

Yesterday, a news circulated among real estate industry that Charmaine Sheh have successfully sold off her apartment in Seaview Garden for HKD13.68 million. This current home of hers was purchased in 2003 with HKD5 million. The value of the property have increased one fold and she earned a profit of HKD8.68 million from this transaction.



According to insider information, Charmaine's 3-room apartment measures 1,277 sq.ft and have access to beautiful seaview. Last month as at real estate event, Charmaine have already dropped hints by commenting that she never loss a penny in property investment.
