In his recent production [You're Hired], he picked the new pairing of Charmaine and Dayo. The audiences love them and even Nelson himself was surprised by this pairing.

"I really admire Dayo. He is a genius actor and works hard to improve himself. He made a lot of preparations before filming series. He excels in many areas; from TV series to stage theater and stand-up comedy. He is a generous person and is willing to share new ideas. When filming series, he also takes care of other cast and led them into character. Though Charmaine is already a n established actress, she still pours a lot of effort in acting. Not only does she meet the requirements of producer; she often brought wonderful surprises as well. The pairing created a lot of sparks and discovered Charmaine's potential in comedy."
