Yesterday, Charmaine Sheh and Hotcha attended Hong Kong Green Day (HKGD). Charmaine revealed that she will be filming TVB series next year but denied that her return is to rescue the ailing station. She said that she understand the series [Beauty at War], and a loyal fans of duo Jonathan Chik & Chow Yuk Ming.

Earlier, there were rumors of Eric Tsang establishing his own artiste management agency and he was head hunting talents from TVB. Charmaine expressed that she often meet up with Eric, but they have not discussed any contracts. She will be returning to film for TVB next year. Bringing up the issue of TVB suffering from low ratings, such as [BAW] with lowest rating of 18 points, Charmaine replied: "I watched the series. However my feedback is not pertinent, since I filmed the first series (War & Beauty) and read the scripts, therefore it's not difficult to understand the story." She will not comment further on what has transpired, but no matter what she will always be Jonathan Chik and Chow Yuk Ming's loyal fan.

Jokingly asked if she feel fortunate to miss talking part in the sequel and subsequently avoid embroiling in the argument between cast members, Charmaine said: "Not related at all. I did want to film the series, but unfortunately the schedule clashes. About the arguments, I have not heard of it. Is it true?"

Next year, TVB will be enforcing new policy of having 80% script completion by filming and providing 8-9 hours of break for artistes. Hearing this, Charmaine was surprised and asked: "Really? So happy about the 8 hours break, I am glad for other colleagues as well. Rest is most important to actors, it can directly affect one's performance." Regarding the trend of siusang and fadans planning to head north (Mainland China) too earn money after fulfilling their TVB contracts, Charmaine admit that the opportunity to earn money is very attractive to everyone. However she believes that TVB will also increase wages to retain people.

Last month end, Charmaine celebrated her birthday by taking a holiday in Thailand with a bunch of girlfriends. She laughed that she has not encounter any romance in her travels, and will leave it up to fate.

Do not repost.

p.s. Charmaine indicate that she has verbally agreed to film TVB series early 2014, where she is supposed to collaborate with Tony Leung Ka Fai, Michael Miu and Raymond Lam.

  1. She has one of the tiniest waist I see in HK stars and yet why is it she always wear dresses that do not emphasise that fact? The dress is nice but I wished for something, maybe more Mad Men where waist is emphasised rather than legs which isn't her best asset. And when is she growing her hair long? I miss her long haired feminine look rather than power businesswoman executive short hair look.

  2. She loves short hair now and have been trimming them consistently. So the probability of seeing her having long hair is very slim.

Apart from her waist, she does have enviable legs. Granted they are not 42 inch, but they are slim and toned.
