Charmaine Sheh and Roger Kwok attended the opening ceremony of Volkswagen showroom in Kowloon Bay yesterday, arriving at the venue in their newest model. Roger expressed his interest in buying a 7-seater car as his wife is giving birth to their second child in July. Charmaine has just bought a new car last year; therefore she will not be purchasing another anytime soon. Asked if their appearance fee is enough to purchase a new car, Charmaine joked that their combined fees should be able to purchase one.

At the same time, Charmaine receives good treatment from TVB by airing her series soon, despite no longer their biological daughter.

Spotted: Charmaine filming 'Fei Cha 6+1' advertisement in Shanghai
Yesterday, Charmaine was spotted filming TV advertisement for Mainland China fusion tea 'Fei Cha 6+1' at Thamestown, Shanghai. Her manager Tina, hairstylist Billy Choi and makeup artist Kong Zhong Ping accompanied her.

Charmaine Sheh involved in minor traffic accident

Charmaine Sheh seems to be plagued by bad luck recently, first with her arm dislocation which put her out of work temporarily. Last evening, she was involved in a minor traffic accident after having dinner in Central. Charmaine accidentally hit the back of a taxi at the traffic light and she compensated HKD500 to resolve the issue.
Last month, Charmaine ended her management contract with TVB and enjoyed a leisured life. She was resting in Hong Kong and preparing for her projects in Mainland China. She often catches up with friends at meals. Unfortunately, Charmaine was involved in another accident again after injuring her arm three months ago. In the past, she was involved in 3 traffic accident and had her driving license suspended twice.

Charmaine Sheh's management contract with TVB ended in March this year. Despite TVB's utmost effort in retaining her, Charmaine has already made her decision to leave. There are rumors that she will be signing with a newly established production company in Mainland China, and for starters she will be in a leading role in [If You Are the One]. Later, she will have the opportunity to work with Mainland China 'TV King' Sun Hong Lei in the grand production costume series [Cao Cao]. Her filming fees reached RMB150, 000 per episode; equaling Mainland China's first leading actresses' league.
Earlier, Charmaine profited HKD8 million after selling off her 'fengshui' apartment in North Point. Apparently Charmaine also purchased a new apartment in Dynasty Heights worth HKD18 million earlier this year.
