Charmaine Sheh crying sadly thinking of mentor Chan Hung Lit

Veteran Chan Hung Lit suddenly passed away due to heart attack last month. Yesterday was his memorial service and people from entertainment circle came to the memorial altar to pay their last respect to this mentor and good friend. Charmaine Sheh was too upset and shed tears at the altar.

Chan Hung Lit who passed away during filming of TVB series [Off Pedder] was finally laid to rest. He is 66 years old. The memorial service was held last evening using Taoist ritual and his remains will be cremated today and brought back to Taiwan later.

Many artistes came to pay their last respect to Chan Hung Lit. First to arrive was the cast from [Off Pedder] such as Wayne Lai, Aimee Chan etc. Aimee was visibly emotional and kept crying, with her colleagues handing out tissues to her. As for Charmaine Sheh, Ada Choi, Bowie Lam and the rest of [Heaven & Earth] cast, they arrived around 8:00pm. Charmaine who was seen crying when visiting Chan Hung Lit at the hospital appeared to have calmed down. However, when she thought of her mentor, she began to shed tears.
