Some of you may have know that WAb has broke Jewel in the Palace rating in Mainland China. Article here.
Today, Hunan TV station held a promotional event and invited Charmaine, Bowie, Gigi and Moses to attend. The conference room was flooded with fans. (And you know what? Judging from the pics, articles and baidu forum, most of them are Charmaine's fans! hehe). Actually, Charmaine was getting more popular these days in Mainland China. While filming with Benny a few years back in Mainland China, many producers are interested in her but there are reports saying that they can't afford her price per series (really? But I thought it's quite low?). Anyway, I suspect the real reason was that TVB did not want to 'lend' Charmaine away for too long.
