Each aircrewman cadet was assigned to a mentor and Sandra freaked out with the possibilty of apperenticeship under Matt.
Using their mission as an example, Ben persuaded Matt not to give up on Carrie yet. Matt and Carrie decided to start anew as friends first.
Ben was disappointed with Kelvin's lack of attention during training and gave him a lecture. Nikki gave Kelvin some tips in airwave station, making him wary of Nikki's intention.
